Our flavour journey
At Fitchiria we are proud to keep the rich culinary heritage of Turkmenistan alive in the heart of Istanbul. In every dish we bring a thousand-year-old Turkmen tradition together with a modern interpretation.
Our journey began in 2017 as Fitchi House, and continues today as Fitchiria.
We started out in 2017 as Fitchi House. We changed our name to Fitchiria so guests would recognise us correctly and not confuse us with similarly named places. Only the name changed — our taste, our quality and our Turkmen hospitality stayed exactly the same.

At Fitchiria we are proud to keep the rich culinary heritage of Turkmenistan alive in the heart of Istanbul. In every dish we bring a thousand-year-old Turkmen tradition together with a modern interpretation.
Since the beginning, our kitchen has been led by our chef and owner, Aymurat Saparov. He prepares authentic recipes from different regions of Turkmenistan with carefully selected fresh ingredients — keeping the traditional essence while presenting it in a contemporary way.
We stay loyal to traditional Turkmen recipes.
We use the freshest, most carefully selected ingredients.
We treat every guest as one of the family.
We bring Turkmen culture to life in every detail.
We don't just serve food; we share Turkmen culture, hospitality and a rich culinary heritage. Guest satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a warm atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
We aim to bring Turkmen flavours to a wider audience and to become Istanbul's most trusted destination for Turkmen cuisine.
